Roz is a specialist researcher exploring abuse, trauma, and the experiences of Black communities, working in partnership with institutions including King’s College London. She is the founder and project leader of Little Ro, an initiative focused on help, hope, healing, and ensuring trauma survivors are heard. An award-winning public speaker, passionate feminist, and thought-provoking social intellectual, Roz uses wit and wisdom to challenge dominant narratives and encourage reflection. Her work centres on creating space for truth-telling, laughter, and change.
